Additionally, ALFA undertakes to represent the profession technically by fostering institutional connections with relevant bodies and detecting crimes and offenses through collaboration with insurance professionals.<\/p><p>On April 11, 2024, the ALFA team requested the harmonization of communication materials related to the association and its members. In this regard, here are some guidelines for certified professionals:<\/p><ul><li>The &#8220;insurance investigator&#8221; certification by AFNOR CERTIFICATION is a trademark of the AFNOR group.<\/li><li>Only individuals are certified, not investigation firms.<\/li><li>Investigators are referenced by ALFA.<\/li><li>It is imperative never to imply, on any communication platform, that
