The agency is bound by an obligation of means, not of result: no investigative outcome, judicial result or evidentiary admissibility is guaranteed.

n the course of their investigative duties, AGORA DETECTIVES staff members are subject to strict confidentiality obligations, in accordance with the Code of Ethics applicable to individuals or legal entities carrying out private security activities (Book VI, Title III of the French Internal Security Code).

No information relating to a case is disclosed to third parties, except upon requisition by a judicial or administrative authority legally empowered to request it.

Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Information collected through contact or quote request forms is processed solely for the purpose of handling your request.
